Effective:
1. The service
WP Suite AI Readiness Audit examines the technical accessibility and interpretability of a selected sample of public pages, with AI-assisted explanations. It is not a complete website inspection, security certification or promise of search rankings. The report describes its scoring and limitations.
2. Accounts and audit allowance
Registration and sign-in do not provide an audit allowance. You can obtain runs by redeeming a valid invitation. Purchases are currently unavailable. Allowances redeemed for an account and reports created with that account belong to that account. Separate guest access is limited by time and browser; guest reports do not automatically transfer to a later account.
3. Permitted use
Audit only public websites you are authorized to examine. Do not submit URLs or content containing passwords, access tokens, confidential information or sensitive personal data. Circumventing access limits, disrupting others or overloading the service is prohibited. We may restrict access in case of misuse.
4. Processing and retention
The service processes URLs, downloaded public content, technical measurements, account and usage data using AWS services. Amazon Bedrock models may evaluate limited content excerpts and audit findings. Reports are normally accessible for 30 days; guest access may expire earlier. Save exports to your own device. Background deletion may not be immediate because of lifecycle rules and security retention. The WP Suite privacy policy provides further details.
5. Cookies and choices
We use browser storage necessary for sign-in, sessions, returning visits and security. A separate cookie stores your cookie choice for 180 days. Analytics and marketing trackers are not currently enabled. If introduced later, optional services will not load without consent for their purposes. You can change your choice in cookie preferences.
6. Using the results
Automated and AI-assisted findings may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated as a page changes. Review recommendations before implementation. We do not guarantee rankings, inclusion in AI answers or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
